On Thursday, October 15th, Fides Entrepreneurship comes to Phoenix for the first time in partnership with Young Catholic Professionals Phoenix and the All Saints Catholic Newman Center at ASU, sponsored by Taylor Frigon Capital Management and Verde Peak Partners.

Fides Entrepreneurship is an educative Catholic Talk Series started in New York that has hosted icons like Tim Busch, Eduardo Verastuegi and the real Nacho Libre.

A note on how Fides rooms work. We read the guest list before the doors open and make introductions in the form of a short letter handed to you on your arrival naming the two or three people in the room you should find and meet.

Panel: Keeping the Faith, Growing Families, and Building a Company

Tristan Gaynor, Kevin Philip, and George Heiler were cofounders of Anavate Partners, a business they grew from a partnership into Anaplan's Rising Star Partner of the Year (2024) and Trailblazer Partner of the Year (2025), and which was acquired by Argano in May 2025. All three were named Forbes Under 30 Arizona honorees. They are Catholic and are all graduates of Arizona State University.

Together they will talk about the parts founders rarely put on a panel:

  • Marriage, children, and a company at the same time: All three married and started having kids while the business was scaling. What they protected, what they gave up, and what they would do differently.

  • The partnership itself: Why the founders chose to build a business together rather than alone, how they divided the company, and how they kept the relationship intact through the years.

  • The exit: how three partners came to the decision together and what it felt like the week after; and what an acquirer is actually looking at when he decides a company is worth owning.
