Scorpio Season Breathwork Gathering

Join us for an evening of breath and community to connect with the transformative energy of Scorpio Season.

The vibes are: deep, catharsis, alchemy, power, inner light, mystery, juicy, creative, psychic.

☆ PART 1: COSMIC WEATHER FORECAST + PSYCHIC CLEANING
We'll open up our circle by speaking intentions into existence. Our astrology fairy Eden will start us off by informing us about the current cosmic climate: what to lean into, what to leave behind, and how to make the most of Scorpio energy.

Then Mina will guide us through a really easeful psychic cleaning visualization to gently clear what isn't yours, soothe any resistance, and help you reclaim your power before we drop into the breath.

☆ PART 2: REIKI-INFUSED BREATHWORK JOURNEY
Feeling clear and grounded, we'll lie down and journey inward through an active, reiki-infused breathwork practice. Mina's voice guides you through an intentionally curated electronic soundscape with spatial audio, designed to carry you through a full arc. Knowing the shape of it helps you ride the wave:

We start soft. The music opens spacious and gentle as you ease into a slow, rhythmic breath. As your body settles, you may notice tingling, vibration, and expansion as stuck energy begins to move.

Then we build. The electronic music gradually ramps up in tempo and intensity. This build is intentional: it creates tension in the body so stuck energy has something to push against and break through. As we reach the peak, you'll be cued to really let it out.

Then we release. The music softens, the breath slows, and we soothe you back down into deep calm, leaving you with a totally cleaned-out slate.

From start to finish, you're encouraged to release loudly and freely. Vocalization, movement, touch, and tapping are all welcome. Yell, sigh, laugh, cry, shake, stomp, tap on your chest, place hands on your heart or belly, whatever helps energy move through you.

Real talk: it's hard, and it's also really fun. The more you surrender, the more you let yourself grow through it. This isn't about performing perfection, it's about exploring the energy stored in your body and psyche with non-judgmental curiosity.

Reiki energy blankets the room the whole time and flows to wherever you need it most. Mina and Eden may offer subtle energetic adjustments for further relief and balancing.

☆ A NOTE ON INTENSITY
This practice gets loud, physical, and emotionally stirring. If you're sensitive to big sound or new to breathwork, know that you're always in charge of your own experience. You can breathe more gently, stay quiet, open your eyes, or pause at any point. Earplugs are totally welcome.

These gatherings also tend to sell out, so the room will be full and buzzing. If busy spaces feel like a lot for you, we'd love to see you at one of our softer, smaller events instead.

If you're pregnant or have a heart condition, epilepsy, or high blood pressure, please check with your doctor and reach out to us before booking.

☆ PART 3: INTEGRATION, STILLNESS, AND JOURNALING
Once we've come back down, we'll drop into rest to ground and integrate the energy. Reiki will keep flowing through the room for an extra oomph of love.

Thoughtful journal prompts will help you crystallize your breathwork insights.

Expect to leave feeling light, open, clear, and in touch with your inner truth.

☆ WHAT TO BRING
Wear cozy, movable clothes. Bring a water bottle and a journal. Extra layers are recommended (breathwork can make you cool down). Tea and nourishing snacks will be available for purchase in the café. Please arrive 15 minutes early to purchase.

☆ EXPECT:

  • a full journey: a soft start, an intense build, and a deep, soothing release

  • loud, free expression through voice, movement, and touch

  • cozy connection and nourishing self-reflection

  • emotional release and mental clarity

  • deeper self-connection through breath
