Motion is Lotion: An Evening of Flow & Sonic Exploration

​Join us at 7pm on Thursday, June 4th, 2026 at the Garden of Grief & Gladness in RiNo for an all levels Lunar Prana Vinyasa yoga flow (Water + Earth elemental themes) followed by a lightly guided, ecstatic dance DJ experience focusing on dropping into the body and allowing emotions and sound to ripple through you as you explore the Garden.

​Following the dance, we will settle in for a brief meditation to close out our time together. The elemental themes as well as musical selections and guided dance prompts will incorporate the surrounding atmosphere and themes of grief and gladness to allow for a sonic and rhythmic journey throughout the Garden.

​Doors: 6:30pm.
