Marek Zamecnik @ Vestberry
Marek Zamecnik, CEO and co-founder of Vestberry, has developed portfolio intelligence and reporting software specifically for Venture Capital fund managers. This software streamlines workflows, automates reporting, and delivers sophisticated analytics that empower better investment decisions.
Zamecnik's previous experience includes working with the investment company Nova Founders Capital in Kuala Lumpur and establishing the Central European VC fund Zero One Hundred. He pursued his education at the University of Manchester, Copenhagen Business School, and Université Paris Dauphine.
Gareth Carless @ Atomico
Gareth is the Data Scientist at Atomico. He is responsible for leveraging AI to support the Atomico team at extracting portfolio insights and identifying opportunities through value creation.
Polina Jacka @ Bain Capital Ventures
Polina Jacka joined Bain Capital in 2022. She is Head of Product for the Ventures team, leading the product team and creating a streamlined investor workflow powered by data-driven insights and automation. Polina designs processes and systems to drive Venture’s operational efficiency, while providing the highest level of support for our portfolio.
Prior to joining Bain Capital, Polina was a Group Product Manager at Compass and a Lead Product Manager at Two Sigma. Prior to that, she was Director of Product Management for OnDeck. Polina started her career as a Geospatial Consultant at Dewberry.
Andre Retterath @ Earlybird Venture Capital
Andre is the author of Data-Driven VC and a Partner at Earlybird VC where he focus on Enterprise Software with a particular interest in AI, infrastructure, data/developer/design tools, OSS, and robotics. Additionally, Andre leads Earlybird’s Engineering team and the development of their data platform EagleEye.
