About Event

There are 15 weeks left in 2026.

You said you'd do something this year. The launch. The hire. The price increase. The book. The conversation you've been circling since March.

Some of it started. Most of it didn't. And right about now you're going to start telling yourself January is a cleaner beginning.

That's not planning. That's deferral with a calendar attached.

Here's what nobody says out loud: 15 weeks is enough. Almost nothing on your list actually needs more than 90 days. What it needs is for you to pick one and have a structure.

In 60 minutes we'll:

→ Audit everything you said you'd do in 2026 — done, stalled, never started
→ Name the three structural reasons none of it moved (it isn't motivation)
→ Pick the ONE thing worth finishing, against real criteria
→ Sort it into one of five objective types, because the type determines the sequence
→ Map what a real 90 days looks like — ending December 16, before the holidays

Who it's for: executives and managers with something on the personal roadmap that keeps losing to the org's. Entrepreneurs who've been "about to" launch since Q2. Multi-hyphenates watching everything move slowly. Anyone who set a goal in January and can't remember the last time they touched it.

Who it's not for: anyone looking for motivation. This is diagnostic.

Two live exercises — come ready to write. Recording goes to everyone who registers, but the exercises are done live and that's most of the value.
