Fireside Chat with Will Ahmed, Founder & CEO of WHOOP
Join us for a fireside conversation with WHOOP founder and CEO Will Ahmed at the London School of Economics on Friday 25th September.
Founded in 2012 out of his Harvard dorm room, WHOOP has grown under Will's leadership into a health and performance wearable trusted by over 3 million members worldwide. It tracks sleep, strain, and recovery to show members how their bodies are performing and recovering, and is used by world-class athletes including Cristiano Ronaldo, LeBron James, Aryna Sabalenka and Rory McIlroy. In March, WHOOP raised a $575m Series G at a $10.1bn valuation.
This event offers a rare opportunity to hear from one of the standout entrepreneurs of the last decade — someone who built a category-defining company from the ground up, redefined an industry, and turned human performance into a field millions now track daily.
Please arrive by 5pm and bring photo ID. The conversation begins promptly at 5:30. As events are over-ticketed and operate a returns queue, please arrive in good time to secure your spot.
This event is open to LSE students/staff as well as members of the public. Room will be announced soon.
