Open Studio: A Pop-Up Series for Transformation Practitioners, Session 5: Putting It Together
Six sessions. Real work. No polish.
I'm in the middle of rebuilding and rethinking how I teach transformation work, redesigning my flagship course Sowing Post-Capitalist Seeds, and refining what it means to hold space for deep change.
Instead of doing that alone, I'm opening up the process.
Open Studio is a live, interactive series for coaches, healers, consultants, and practitioners who help people transform. Each session I'll share what I'm actively working through — raw, real, and unfinished — and invite you to apply it to your own work. We'll think together, work alongside each other, and learn from the process itself.
This is not a polished course. It's a working studio. Come as you are.
What to expect each session:
A real, behind-the-scenes look at what I'm building and thinking through
A prompt or question to apply to your own work or offering
Space to share, reflect, and learn alongside other practitioners
Honest conversation about what's working, what isn't, and what's emerging
Who this is for: Coaches, healers, consultants, facilitators, and service providers who help people transform — whether you're just starting out, rebuilding, or rethinking what you do and how you do it.

About the Facilitator:
Hi! I'm Anuradha (Uh - n uu - r aa - dh aa).
I work with organizations and individuals who care deeply about justice and equity but are stuck between their values and their practice. I guide them move from good intentions to aligned action and co-design structures of care and accountability into their day-to-day practices.
The thread that runs through my work is to illuminate and liberate changemakers from the indoctrination and cookie-cutter thinking of capitalism and colonialism, providing bold and innovative solutions rooted in justice for their clients and communities.
I truly feel this next 5-10 years is PIVOTAL in resistance and building towards something new. The far right death cult based in Christian supremacy is banking on the end of the world and the rich are trying to capitalize on every single thing till that moment (in fact they are hastening its arrival).
It is CRUCIAL that we build the skills we need to do liberatory work whether that be through mutual aid, care work, survival, education, and activism. What we are facing now won't go away on its own! As the structures crumble, we need to be willing to build new, defend what we hold most dear, and resist the age of monsters and the ultra rich.
Let's do this together - linking arms in solidarity.
One Last Thing...
We look to people around the world working and fighting to build participatory and liberated communities. We center the voices of people marginalized by global systems of supremacy: Black, Indigenous, and people of color, people who are queer, trans, impoverished, undocumented, disabled, neurodivergent, fat, and sex workers who are fighting for the rights of all.
If you share this world view, we welcome you to join us.
