About the presenter
Erika Malo is the Team Leader of the Declarations Team at Pro Psychological Analysis. She holds a degree in Communications with a specialization in Journalism. Since joining PPA in 2024 as a declaration writer, she has moved through every stage of the team's craft — writing, then editing, then leading the editorial process — supervising editors, reviewing declarations, and making final revisions across all humanitarian case types. Today she leads the team while continuing to edit declarations full-time, with well over 1,000 declarations written, edited, or reviewed.
