Own Your Story™: Narrative Architecture for Founders and Leaders

A focused half-day workshop for founders and leaders who know what they are building but haven't yet found the words that make the world believe it.

Most founders are technically fluent and deeply knowledgeable, but narratively incoherent about the product or brand they are building. They have built something real and then describe it in language that sounds like everyone else's, or in jargon that makes people's eyes glaze over in the first thirty seconds. AI has flooded every channel with polished, confident content that audiences are frankly getting quite tired of. What cuts through now isn't better copy but a true human voice, a purpose that can be understood before being felt, and a clear signal of what you and your product stand for.

About the instructor:

Puja Bharwani has spent twenty years at the place where truth-telling and trust-building meet. As a Reuters award-winning journalist, the Head of Marketing for Antler in Southeast Asia, and as a co-founder of AI platform Wizly, she has had to sell a vision before the product existed and has built brands and narratives from scratch in some of the most competitive and noisy markets in the world.

She has built her own story in public, constantly adapting to the changing dynamics of the ecosystem, learning and often unlearning in real time. She is a proud mum of three, a recovering early-stage startup founder, a podcaster, and a writer, and she has lived enough of this to know what actually works. She previously ran a communications consultancy working with brands like Abbott, Grab, Condé Nast, and Temasek, as well as a rotating door of ambitious founders who were brilliant at building things and slightly less brilliant at explaining them.

Today, she works with a select group of founders and leaders who are done with safe language, helping them find the specific and ownable narrative that was already there, waiting to be named.
