Neurotribe Monthly Meetup - Friendship & Support
A warm, peer-led space for neurodivergent adults and people exploring whether they might be neurodivergent.
This is not a workshop or a talk. It's a monthly meetup where we come together to share, listen, and learn from each other's lived experience. No experts, no slides - just us, discussing what matters, at a pace that feels human.
You're welcome exactly as you are: you can speak as much or as little as you like, just listen, keep your camera on or off, use chat or voice, and take breaks whenever you need. There's no pressure to perform or share anything personal.
What we'll do
1. Daily struggles over the month
We start by making space for what's been hard since we last met.
Quick check-in round (optional): one word or one sentence for how this month has been
Small breakout groups with a simple prompt:
"One daily struggle that's shown up for you this month"
"One tiny thing that helped, even a little"
No fixing required - just witnessing and peer support.
2. Theme: Friendship & support circles (online and offline)
Short shares from 1–2 community members (5–10 minutes each)
Breakout discussions (3–5 people) with gentle prompts about friendship, belonging, and support
Optional large-group harvest: key insights and ideas for how Neurotribe can nurture this
Who this is for
Neurodivergent adults (diagnosed, self-identified, or questioning)
Anyone who wants peer connection, not lectures
People who value small groups, clear structure, and low-pressure participation
How tickets & Substack work
This meetup is linked to the Neurotribe Substack community.
If you have an active paid Substack subscription, you can attend without paying extra. After you register, I'll manually add you to the free ticket tier.
If you don't have a Substack subscription, you can buy a single-event ticket here on Luma to try it out.
If money is a barrier, please reach out - I'd rather find a solution than have you miss out.
This is a peer-led meetup: we're all learning from each other, not being taught. Come as you are.
