Primal Play
PRIMAL PLAY
Movement. Challenge. Community.
Whenever I go to a workout class, I always hope I’m going to meet people.
But then the class starts…
Everyone puts their head down, focuses on the exercises, and leaves.
You could go to a workout class.
You could go to a social event.
Or you could do both.
PRIMAL PLAY is a bodyweight group workout built around teamwork, movement games, playful challenges, and a little competition.
The most fun way to work out... and actually do it with other people.
Expect to crawl, carry, race, balance, chase, compete, cooperate, and probably laugh harder than you expected from a workout.
How it runs
⚫️ Warm Up — simple games, movement, and getting everyone loose
🟠 Team Up — partner challenges, relays, races, and cooperative movement
🔴 Play — bigger movement games, physical challenges, and friendly competition
🟡 Final Challenge — one last team challenge to empty the tank
🟢 Cool Down — breathe, recover, connect with the people you just competed against
You don’t need to be outgoing.
You don’t need to be an athlete.
You don’t need to know anyone.
You just need to be willing to move and play.
What to expect
🏃 Team & partner relays
🐒 Crawling, carrying, balancing, chasing & reacting
🤝 Cooperative challenges
🏆 Light competition
💪 A full-body workout without machines
😂 A lot more laughing than your normal gym class
Everything is bodyweight, and challenges can be adjusted to different fitness levels.

About Kaleix Studio
Kaleix Studio is a movement and fitness studio in Roma Norte focused on helping people get stronger, move better, and build more control over their bodies.
The space is built for calisthenics, functional training, strength, stretching, and bodyweight movement...
Testing and training what your body can actually do.
Kaleix is built around more than just working out. It’s a community focused space where people train together, learn new skills, challenge themselves, and enjoy the process.
It has an open functional training area, free weights, stretching space... basically everything we need to crawl, race, carry each other, compete, and play.
It’s a proper training space, but it still feels small and intimate enough that the whole group can interact instead of everyone disappearing into their own workout.
For PRIMAL PLAY, that’s exactly what we want: space to move, sweat, play, and actually meet the people around you.

This is not a normal workout
You can go to the gym and do another set of squats by yourself.
PRIMAL PLAY is built around something different:
moving with other people.
Human beings have always moved through play, competition, cooperation, chasing, wrestling, climbing, carrying, and exploring.
Somewhere along the way, exercise became reps, machines, screens, and headphones.
We want to bring some of the fun back.
You’ll still work hard.
You just might forget you’re working out.
Who are the Unprofessionals?
We’re serious about being human.
The Unprofessionals creates real experiences where you play, move, talk, experiment, embarrass yourself, meet people, and occasionally discover something about yourself.
Here’s what that looks like:
🎭 F*ck Around & Find Out — games, improv, primal play, and doing the things you’d usually talk yourself out of
🗣️ Circle of Truth — strangers sitting down and talking about what’s actually going on
🕺 Dork Dancing — sober dancing built around joy instead of looking cool
🌀 Immersions — half day to multi day experiences exploring fear, identity, connection, and self-mastery
📵 Offline Gatherings — no phones, no scrolling. We talk, read, play, and stay in the moment
This is the most fun you'll have meeting people, and meeting yourself at a level you've never seen before
WARNING: (Your cheeks will hurt from smiling too much)
Why it exists
We're sick of trying to get everything right.
Perfectionism and hustle culture built a lot of what's good in the world. It's also gone too far, and left a lot of us lonely, overworked, and performing a version of ourselves we don't even like.
The Unprofessionals is a community for people who want to remember how to actually enjoy their life. Through play, through discomfort, through people who don't bullshit you.
We do the things that scare us. We move the way we forgot how. We say the things we've never said out loud.
Started across Asia over 3 years, now growing in CDMX and beyond.
500+ people who share one mission: restoring a little faith in humanity.
