The Egg Bite Guy Pop-Up

​Alright, we're on for this Saturday, May 16, at Sote Coffee Roasters on the Upper West Side (329 Amsterdam Ave).

​The plan: free egg bites from 12pm–1pm, or until we run out. I'm anticipating we run out, so if you want to guarantee a taste, I'd aim closer to noon 😅.

​What to expect: I'll be posted up outside Sote with free egg bites, hot sauce (if you're into that), and good vibes.

​Sote is a local husband-and-wife-owned coffee shop in the heart of the Upper West Side. When I spoke with Arber (co-owner) about doing a pop-up, I was met with an immediate yes.

​Community is a huge part of what they're building, and that resonates with me in a major way. I'm excited to partner with them for this first coffee shop pop-up experience.
