​Lindsey Carter is the Founder and CEO of SET Active, which she's bootstrapped to double-digit millions over the past 6 years. Lindsey pioneered the community and content-led strategy that's since been adopted by many digital-first brands, and with SET, she has effectively disrupted the activewear category by leaning into elevated athleisure and harnessing the power of social media, storytelling, intentional branding, and centering community at the core of the business. She's passionate about helping aspiring female entrepreneurs and is always down to spill brand secrets for the sake of transparency. Lindsey is an LA native through and through – when she’s not at the office, she’s somewhere enjoying the sunshine with her two toddlers, Ace and Ava, and husband, Garrett.

​As Chief Brand Officer at SET Active, Kira Jackson leads all aspects of brand, marketing, and creative strategy for the company - from visual storytelling to social media, community initiatives, partnerships, growth, and more. With a background in marketing (contributing to two successful agency exits), and later working in Private Equity, Kira has a unique perspective on brand differentiation and scale. In addition to her full-time role at SET, Kira also serves as a board advisor to consumer growth equity firm, RX3 Growth Partners, and continues to support emerging brands as an angel investor and advisor.
