Guided Meditation 🎧 & Sound Healing
A journey inward to reconnect with your body, heart and mind.
We’ll begin with a guided meditation experienced through headphones, allowing you to become fully immersed in the practice. From there, we’ll transition to a live sound-healing journey using singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments.
A space to pause, receive and simply be.
