​FoundHer Summit is the flagship gathering for women building, researching, funding, and shaping the future of AI. Hosted by FoundHer House, an all-female builder community that has brought the conversation around breaking AI’s glass ceiling to the national stage — with front-page features in The New York Times and USA Today to coverage in The Atlantic, Apple, and more. The Summit brings that momentum into one room: frontier talks, founder pitches, activations, and immersive experiences. From frontier research and AI alignment to the cutting-edge of robotics, energy, healthcare, and more, the Summit is designed to create the defining room for generations of women shaping our future.

​On January 21, 2025, the White House announced the largest AI infrastructure project in history, a $500 billion bet on the future of technology; all people in the room were men. This incident is far from the exception. According to the Stanford AI Index, women hold only 18% of AI researchers roles worldwide and receive less than 3% of venture funding. Even these stats overstate influence as the majority of women in executive roles are clustered in HR and legal, with women holding less than 14% of senior executive positions at AI companies. The FoundHer Summit doesn’t demand for a seat at those tables; it redefines the paradigm by setting its own.
