FoundHer Summit
FoundHer Summit is the flagship gathering for women building, researching, funding, and shaping the future of AI. Hosted by FoundHer House, an all-female builder community that has brought the conversation around breaking AI’s glass ceiling to the national stage — with front-page features in The New York Times and USA Today to coverage in The Atlantic, Apple, and more. The Summit brings that momentum into one room: frontier talks, founder pitches, activations, and immersive experiences. From frontier research and AI alignment to the cutting-edge of robotics, energy, healthcare, and more, the Summit is designed to create the defining room for generations of women shaping our future.
On January 21, 2025, the White House announced the largest AI infrastructure project in history, a $500 billion bet on the future of technology; all people in the room were men. This incident is far from the exception. According to the Stanford AI Index, women hold only 18% of AI researchers roles worldwide and receive less than 3% of venture funding. Even these stats overstate influence as the majority of women in executive roles are clustered in HR and legal, with women holding less than 14% of senior executive positions at AI companies. The FoundHer Summit doesn’t demand for a seat at those tables; it redefines the paradigm by setting its own.
