About Event

Online session centred around the practice of the coaching bubble, a listening & micro-coaching format taught at the Kedo Academy.

This session allows anyone, from complete newcomers to very seasoned practitioners, to practise in two different, complementary interactive workshops.

--

Ever wondered what it feels like to think through a problem with a group of people who are genuinely listening, asking good questions, and not rushing to give you advice? Then you're in the right place.

In this session, managers, decision-makers, entrepreneurs, and professionals from around the world come together online to practice micro-coaching — a simple, lightweight method for thinking more clearly about professional and personal challenges.

What happens in 45/90 minutes:

•       Kedo Express — A peer coaching circle (45 min) — You work in pairs through a real situation of your choice using a short, structured micro-coaching protocol built around the concept of cognitive autonomy. Each person gets a turn.

•       Multimind — A collaborative micro-coaching circle (45 min) — A volunteer brings a real challenge to the group. Everyone listens and reflects together while the facilitator asks simple coaching questions that guide the reflection. As a listening participant, you'll get to contribute to the thinking, and will often recognise your own situation — even if you're not in the hot seat.

Short on time? You're welcome to only attend the Kedo Express circle and leave after the first 45 minutes.

This session is for you if you lead people, run something, or make decisions under pressure — and want a sharper, more structured way to think through what matters.

No prior coaching experience needed. Facilitated in English; practical exercises can be done in English, French, or any language — not sure how it works? Join and try.

Curious to go further? Kedo Club members get 10+ sessions a year, along with easy-to-use self-coaching tools — on your own or with colleagues. Paid options available to access exclusive sessions in multiple formats, plus preferential rates on individual coaching and training.
