​Somewhere between work and home, there's no one to talk to about what you're actually building. At work, doubt is expensive – every uncertain word, every idea you test that might fail, works against your promotion. Even though a failed test is also a result. At home, nobody quite gets the details. Builder Circle is the third place.

​Here's how it works. You bring one task you genuinely care about: an idea, a business, a side project, a startup job, or any work task that has been sitting unfinished for a while. You say it out loud and commit to it for at least two months. Then we meet every two weeks.

​And people here are genuinely interested in what you're doing! You get to talk through your project in detail with people who don't decide your promotion, don't share your apartment, and still understand most of the difficulties you're facing. No performance, no politics. Just people who get it and want to see it finished.

​When something can be sped up, we set up agents and automations together, right there in the room.

​Two months is the minimum because real tasks don't get finished in a week. The point is steady progress in a room where your work actually matters to someone.
