The Ripples Framework: Navigating the Stages of ENM
This workshop is for anyone exploring Ethical Non-Monogamy. Whether you're one month in, one year in, or a decade deep, you'll leave with real tools for navigating the complexity that comes with alternative relationship structures.
Alternative relationships can be expansive, liberating and deeply fulfilling. They can also surface jealousy, insecurity, misalignment and unexpected complexity. This workshop is designed to meet you exactly where you are, and equip you with the tools to move forward with clarity and confidence.
Drawing on a combined 26 years of lived ENM experience, and a track record of guiding hundreds of individuals and couples, James and Tilly will share practical, field tested frameworks to help you strengthen and sustain your relationships over time.
At the heart of this workshop is the revolutionary Ripples of ENM Framework. This is a developmental map created by Non-Monogamy Co that explores the stages many people move through on their non-monogamous journey. This is way of learning how to navigate ENM that you will not find anywhere else.
We'll also cover:
Communication frameworks & techniques
Tools on how to navigate jealousy
