Join us for a gentle and guided introduction to conscious breathwork at Shangri-La Springs. This beginner-friendly experience is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, release stress, and bring balance to the mind, body, and nervous system through the power of breath.

During this class, you will be guided step-by-step through simple breathing techniques in a safe, supportive, and relaxing environment. No prior experience is needed — just come as you are with an open mind and willingness to breathe.

✨✨✨ Since we will be on the floor for the duration of the event please bring a yoga mat or cushion to lay on, blanket, pillow, water bottlle and a journal for taking notes and integrating. ✨✨✨
