A practical workshop for leaders and professionals who want to approach decisions with greater intention, communicate what matters to them and have meaningful impact.
Move beyond your title to explore the values, motivations and experiences that shape the contribution you want to make. Through reflection, paired conversations and practical scenarios, you will draft an authentic mission statement, refine it through feedback and test how it can guide everyday decisions.
We will cover:
Explore the difference between what you do and the contribution you want to make.
Identify motivations, values and experiences that inform your mission.
Draft a mission statement in clear, natural language.
Use your statement to guide a decision and choose an action to put it into practice.
