In this month's free, virtual mental health support session, we will talk through all things transitions.
Participants will learn how to better navigate change—new routines, environments, expectations—without losing themselves. Focus on grounding, identity, and emotional safety in new beginnings.
What you can expect:
Reflections on prompts like "Who am I when everything feels new?"
Journaling and group share prompts like:
“What am I carrying into this season?”
“What am I ready to leave behind?”
Identifying anchoring exercises to leverage in times of high change
Creating a "back to self" season transition toolkit
Participants will walk away from this session feeling more anchored in themselves as they enter a new season, with tools to stay grounded even when everything around them changes.
