AYLA TOKYOは、
「頑張らなくてもいい場所」
というコンセプトのもとに、
運動経験の有無に関係なく、参加したくなった時にいつでも来られる。
そんな居場所を目指しています！

​今回は皇居1周（約5km）を緩くジョグ（7:30/km）します！！🏃
初めての方も、お一人での参加も、ご友人とのご参加も大歓迎です🙌

First-timers, solo participants, and friends joining together are all welcome 🙌
