So you've heard the words "sex coach" or "pleasure coach" and you're curious. Maybe a little intrigued. Maybe a little unsure what it even means. Maybe wondering if it's for you, or what it would actually look like to work with someone like me.
This hour is for exactly that.
This is a free, no-pressure space to meet me, learn what integrative sex and pleasure coaching is (and isn't), and ask your questions about the modality itself. What it is, what it isn't, what topics it can hold, and how it works.
What we'll cover:
I'll walk you through what integrative sex and pleasure coaching actually is, how it's different from therapy, how it's different from sex ed, and what it looks like to work together. We'll talk about who this work is for, the kinds of topics that can come up in coaching (think intimacy, desire, shame, communication, pleasure, body connection, and everything around them), and what real change can look like.
Then we open the floor for your questions about the modality. How it works, what sessions look like, what to expect, how to know if it's for you.
One important note:
This space is for questions about coaching, not coaching itself. So personal questions won't be answered in this session, those are best discussed in a private coaching session. If something specific comes up for you, this is a great moment to notice it, and we can talk about working together one-on-one!
