🌿 Nurture 3: New Year Gut Reset

A free 5-day gut reset — done together with 3 live sessions (Jan 7, Jan 9, Jan 12)!

Start the New Year feeling lighter, clearer, and more supported — not on your own, but with people you care about.

Nurture 3 is a free 5-day Gut Reset created for the Nirva community, where you take part with two friends or family members and move through the experience together.

This is not a strict detox.
It’s a gentle, guided reset using simple food routines, gut-supportive habits, and calming yoga.


👥 How inviting guests works (very simple)

  • This programme is designed to be done in small circles of 3

  • One person is an existing Nirva client

  • That client invites up to 2 friends or family members

  • Those guests attend completely free, as part of your circle


You’re simply inviting them to experience it with you.

You all:

  • attend the same live sessions

  • follow the same simple routines

  • support and motivate each other through the 5 days

We take care of the guidance — you just show up together.

We’ve seen that gut health changes work better when:

  • there’s gentle accountability

Doing this with people you already trust makes the experience easier, warmer, and more sustainable.

🌿 Session 1: Kick-off & Gut Reset Foundations - Jan 7

What it’s about:

  • Understanding how digestion gets disrupted (especially after the festive season)

  • Setting up simple, realistic gut-friendly routines

  • Gentle yoga to support digestion and reduce bloating

Why it matters:
This session sets the tone for the entire reset and helps you start feeling lighter from the very beginning.


🌱 Session 2: Mind–Gut Connection & Energy Reset- Jan 9

What it’s about:

  • How stress, emotions, and daily habits affect digestion

  • Simple rituals to calm the gut and support metabolism

  • Energising yoga to reduce heaviness and sluggishness

Why it matters:
This is where most people notice clearer digestion, better energy, and improved consistency.


✨ Session 3: Sustaining the Reset & Moving Forward- Jan 12

What it’s about:

  • How to maintain gut health beyond the 5 days

  • What habits to continue (and what to avoid)

  • A balancing yoga practice to stabilise digestion and energy

Why it matters:
This session helps you carry the benefits forward — without falling back into old patterns.
