This is not a strict detox.
It’s a gentle, guided reset using simple food routines, gut-supportive habits, and calming yoga.

This programme is designed to be done in small circles of 3
One person is an existing Nirva client
That client invites up to 2 friends or family members
Those guests attend completely free, as part of your circle
You’re simply inviting them to experience it with you.
You all:
attend the same live sessions
follow the same simple routines
support and motivate each other through the 5 days
We take care of the guidance — you just show up together.
