Startup Talent Hour by UnternehmerTUM, TUM Venture Labs & Generalyst
At UnternehmerTUM – Europe’s #1 startup hub (2024–2026) and TUM Venture Labs, we bring together the founders, operators, and technologies shaping the next generation of global category leaders.
At the Startup Talent Hour, you’ll meet some of the most ambitious early-stage founders from across the UnternehmerTUM ecosystem – and potentially build with them. The event is organized in collaboration with Generalyst, The Career Accelerator for Generalists, connecting exceptional talent with high-impact startup opportunities.
Startup teams will take the (virtual) stage for rapid-fire, three-minute pitches, showcasing what they’re building and the key roles they’re hiring for. After the pitches, you can talk directly with founders whose vision resonates with you.
The startups come from across UnternehmerTUM’s leading programs, including
XPRENEURS, XPLORE, Women Start-up, TUM Venture Labs, Manage&More, and the Academy for Innovators – representing deep tech innovation from AI and robotics to biotech, space, medtech, quantum, climate tech, and advanced manufacturing.
This is your chance to:
Build alongside top-tier founders at the earliest stage
Earn a competitive VSOP & equity package
Become part of one of Europe’s most selective and powerful entrepreneurial ecosystems
If you’re ready to help build something extraordinary from day zero — within the UnternehmerTUM and TUM Venture Labs network — this is for you.
Please note that the event is online only.
See you there.
