'Back To Me' is a restorative half-day retreat designed to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system and reconnect with yourself.
Join Clodagh & Kathryn for a 4.5 hour immersive retreat in the peaceful surroundings of Ballymaloe House, Co. Cork.
Designed for those navigating busy, demanding lives, this experience offers a space to pause, reset and reconnect.
Throughout the afternoon, we will explore how to use breath, movement and awareness to regulate the nervous system and shift out of stress mode. Along with our guided ritual to return to a more balanced state - 'returning back to me' - and a deeply restful restorative yoga class to help you fully surrender into relaxation.
