What are you made of?
"What Are You Made Of?" is a four-week call to adventure disguised as a class, designed to catapult you off the hamster wheel of life and into an adventure that is uniquely your own.
We’ll explore what it means to be whole in a world that feeds on fragmentation and optimization, and how, through understanding universal, natural laws, we can reorient to restore personal and societal vitality. The class will integrate teachings from psychology, neuroscience, nature, and consciousness (and more) alongside exercises for self-inquiry and remembrance. You'll leave with both an intellectual and emotional understanding of what it means to live, work, create, and relate from wholeness and your own unique essence.
Each session is 75 mins, and there’s an optional 5th session for shared reflection.
Classes are meant to be experienced as you prefer — live on Zoom for collective effervescence, or on your own via the replays for a more self-paced adventure.
