About Event

Most of us are on a platform because somebody once told us that's where our buyers are. But .. are they?

This is thirty minutes to check, and to leave with an actual plan either way.

Think of it as a short strategy session with a marketing director. I'll walk you through the five questions I use with clients to figure out whether organic social deserves a place in a business, and what job it should be doing if it does. You'll score your own business as we go and land in one of three places, each with a next step attached:

Park it. Here's the ten minute version of a profile that works while you ignore it, and the specific signals that mean it's time to look again.

Minimum viable presence. Here's the twelve posts to make, and how to produce a quarter's worth in one sitting.

Worth investing. Here's what to start with, why one platform beats three, and the system that makes it survive a busy month.

No trend talk. No posting guilt. No pitch. If the honest answer for your business is quit, I'll tell you, and I'll tell you where to put the time instead.

You'll get the one page scorecard afterward so you can run it again later, or on a client.

Last few minutes are yours for questions.

Who this is for

Business owners and freelancers who either feel guilty about not posting, or are posting into a void and can't tell if it matters.

Two ways to keep going afterward

If you want to talk through your specific situation, grab time with me. And if you'd rather I just look at what you're already doing, send me your handles and I'll come back with a free fifteen minute audit. Both open to everyone who attends.

About me

I'm Madeline. I run Aligned Marketing, an organic social studio. My whole thing is that authentic still wins on social, you just don't have to be the one posting it. A big part of my job is deciding whether a channel is worth the money, and saying no when it isn't. So, let's do it together!
