DDART Architecture: Untangle Your Pitch
Programme
Time: 10:30am - 11.30am (Registration starts at 10am)
Venue: Seminar Room 3 (Level 1 @ i3 building)
Why this session
Your idea isn't weak. So why is your presentation failing. They fail because the story is tangled. The audience can't tell what you're asking for, why it matters, or what could go wrong.
DDART framework gives you a way to untangle it. In this one-hour, Dr Tan Sian Wee, NUS Senior Vice President (Innovation & Enterprise) walks you through a framework that turns scattered thinking into a clear, persuasive case. This framework was taught at the Global Entrepreneurial Marketing course at Stanford.
The five questions behind every strong pitch include:
Decision: What is your plan of action?
Diagnosis: What is the problem or opportunity?
Analysis: Why is your plan the best alternative?
Reality: What are the risks, and how will you manage them?
Test: How will you know it's working?
Who should join
