​Summer invites us to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect—with ourselves, with nature, and with one another.

​Join me for an intimate evening at Eden, where we'll gather by the lake for a guided sauna ritual designed to restore your nervous system, awaken your senses, and create meaningful connection with other women.

​This is an invitation to step away from the pace of everyday life and experience the healing rhythm of heat, cold water, breath, and presence.

​No previous experience is needed—simply come as you are.
