This opening session helps you step back and diagnose what's going wrong before trying to fix it. Topics include:
Understanding the Canadian job market
Common job search challenges and how to overcome them
Resume and application strategies
Interview preparation and positioning
Building a realistic and sustainable job search approach
Spot Checks & 1:1 Troubleshooting
Participants will also receive opportunities for:
Individual feedback
Application and resume spot checks
Guided discussions about personal challenges
Practical recommendations under CareerMind supervision
