Solving Recruiting with AI
Join us on Tuesday, June 16 at 6:00pm at the legendary AGI House in San Francisco for a conversation about the future of recruiting.
For decades, hiring has depended on expensive, labor-intensive recruiting processes. Employers routinely pay recruiters 20–30% of a candidate's first-year salary, while candidates often wait weeks to move through screening and interview processes.
As AI becomes increasingly capable, a new question is emerging: Can recruiting become faster, less expensive, and more accessible for both employers and job seekers?
To explore that question, we'll be joined by Mike Black, Founder & CEO at Talent Stream. Mike has spent the past several years building AI-powered tools designed to automate sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement, helping employers identify and evaluate talent more efficiently.
We'll begin with a fireside discussion on the future of recruiting, followed by an open conversation with investors, operators, and leaders in attendance.
Talent Stream is currently raising capital (deck), though the evening's focus will be discussing the broader opportunities and challenges AI creates for the recruiting industry.
