NO-SHOW & CANCELLATION POLICY
Tickets for WNORTH dinners, member gatherings and other small-format events are final and non-refundable.
If you’re no longer able to attend, we ask that you let us know at info@wnorthconnect.com at least 48 hours before the event whenever possible. While we’re unable to provide a refund, advance notice allows us to offer your place to another member or guest on the waitlist.
Many WNORTH experiences are intentionally intimate and have limited capacity. Letting us know when your plans change helps us make the most of every seat around the table and gives someone else the opportunity to join us.
