Change How You Work with Claude Cowork
Bring one task you never want to do again. Leave with it running on a schedule.
Most people use Claude one request at a time. Ask a question, get an answer, then start from scratch again tomorrow.
Cowork works differently. It can understand how you work, act across your real files and tools, and run recurring tasks while you are away.
This three-hour hands-on workshop takes you through the full setup. You will bring one repetitive task from your own work, turn it into a reusable Cowork workflow, connect the tools it needs and put it on a schedule.
No fictional case studies. No watching someone else automate their business. You will build around your own role, files and working style, with support in the room.
How the Workshop Runs
The evening is built around three stages.
1. Setup & Skills
First, you will set up Cowork so it understands who you are, what you do and how you like to work.
You will create global instructions, build a persistent About-Me system and add the context Cowork needs to produce work that feels relevant to you rather than generic.
You will then turn your chosen recurring task into a reusable Skill: a set of instructions Cowork can follow whenever you need that task completed again.
2. Connectors & Plugins
Next, you will connect Cowork to the tools your workflow depends on.
Depending on your task, this may include Gmail, Google Drive, Outlook, Slack, Notion, Calendar or files stored on your laptop.
You will learn how connectors allow Cowork to read information, create outputs and act across the tools you already use. You will also explore plugins that bundle several related capabilities into one setup.
3. Scheduled Tasks
Finally, you will take the workflow you built and put it on a schedule.
That could mean preparing an inbox summary each morning, creating a weekly status report, organising recurring files or running another repetitive task at the time you need it.
You will test the workflow, review the result and refine the instructions before leaving it ready to run again. The workshop itself is structured around Cowork first knowing you, then acting inside your tools, and finally running without you.
The session will also cover Claude in Chrome and dispatch, so you leave with a feel for the entire Cowork suite and how the pieces fit together, not just one workflow.
What you'll leave with
By the end of the workshop, you will have:
Global instructions tailored to your role and working style
A persistent About-Me system Cowork can refer to in future sessions
One reusable Skill built around a task from your own work
Relevant connectors or plugins set up for that workflow
One recurring task tested and placed on a schedule
A clearer understanding of how to build additional Cowork workflows yourself
You will also receive the Cowork workshop materials so you can continue improving the setup and apply the same process to other tasks after the session.
Who this is for
This workshop is for founders, marketers, operators, consultants and managers who are spending too much time on repetitive work.
It is especially useful for people who:
Recreate the same briefs, reports or summaries every week
Spend too much time sorting files, reviewing inboxes or chasing follow-ups
Have tried Claude but still use it mainly as a chat tool
Want AI to work across their actual files and systems
Have one recurring task they would genuinely like to stop doing manually
You do not need a technical background. You need a laptop, a Claude Pro account and one suitable recurring task to bring into the room.
What to bring
Your laptop and charger
A Claude Pro account, approximately S$23 per month and cancellable anytime
One repetitive task you want to set up in Cowork
Full preparation and setup instructions will be sent after registration.
Seats are limited
We keep the group small so every participant has time to build, test and troubleshoot their own workflow with support in the room.
Places are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
