About Event
T-group is an awareness and communication practice that..
a) helps us to notice how others are impacting us
b) offers us a space to practice telling others how they impact us
c) offers us a space to practice making requests
d) offers us a space to practice many other relational skills.
Each practice will focus on one or more of these depending on the participants' experience level.
NOTE: Please arrive on time as the room will be locked at 5 minutes past the start time.
T-group will run most Mondays at this time.
