​This is an exclusive event for our local community in partnership with the International product management agency, Product People.

​This session is divided into two parts: practical PM knowledge and a direct hiring pipeline. I have agreed with their team to source candidates directly from our community for three open positions:

​We will start with a focused, 25-minute session on Stakeholder Management 101 led by Viktoria Korzhova. Immediately after, we will open a transparent discussion about their hiring process, exact salary ranges, and how to get an offer.

• ​7:00 PM – 7:05 PM | Introduction: Quick kickoff and context.

• ​7:05 PM – 7:30 PM | Masterclass: Stakeholder Management 101 with Viktoria Korzhova.

• ​7:30 PM – 7:40 PM | Q&A: Questions regarding the presentation.

• ​7:40 PM – 8:00 PM | Hiring Deep Dive: We will break down how to apply, how they review candidates, expected EU salary bands, and how to prepare for the interview.
