You're heard the hype about PILATES. Now it's time to check out this movement/exercise in a chill and supportive and fun environment! Everyone is welcome for this laid-back pilates class focusing on beginner techniques and body trust.

Come and just lay down if you feel like it! All skill levels welcome, happening everySaturday  morning.

Public event, donations appreciated ($10-25 suggested, but no one turned away), walk ins welcome, RSVPs encouraged.

Skeleton Dojo is located in the Lower Level Office Suites of the Lafayette Lofts & Church building on Elmwood. Enter through the big red doors to the right of the small playground, go downstairs, go right and continue following signs to find the space.
