Kick off your morning with Moonwalk Fitness and One of Us as we bring the community together for a refreshing pre-Breakpoint movement session. We believe in starting the day with intention, connection, and a little sweat — because prioritizing daily movement is one of the easiest ways to feel healthier, happier, and more energized!

Meet us by the water outside Etihad Arena. We’ll gather at 8:00 and begin a quick dynamic warmup shortly after, then head out around 8:15 — One of Us will lead a group run, and Moonwalk will guide a waterfront walk. Refreshments will follow. All fitness levels are welcome to this free event!
