Article 21 Advisory Board Office Hours - Call for Submissions
The Article 21 Advisory Board has opened its Call for Submissions for its 5th meeting, focused on: From Individual Remedy to Systemic Risk: The Legal Framework Around Non-Binding ODS Decisions.
Join Niklas Eder (Co-CEO, User Rights) and Agata Russo (Strategic Associate and Stakeholder Outreach Lead at User Rights) for an online open office hours session ahead of the 5th meeting of the Article 21 Advisory Board. We will present the topic, provide background, and open the floor for questions and preliminary thoughts ahead of the submission deadline of 7 August 2026.
The Article 21 Advisory Board brings together researchers and civil society organisations to provide practical guidance on how ODS bodies should operate under the DSA. Stakeholder submissions are a core part of how the Board works: they ensure the discussion reflects the perspectives of those most engaged with the issues and are directly reflected in the discussion report published after each meeting.
Civil society organisations, and all other interested parties are welcome to join.
