​EMPOWERED TO INFLUENCE (ETI)

​A Royal Gather Inc. Discipleship Program Empowered to Influence (ETI) is a four-session, facilitated discipleship program designed by Royal Gather Inc. to equip believers—particularly those in the workplace—to live out their faith with clarity, conviction, and Kingdom impact.

​The course features teaching videos by Singaporean marketplace leader Ken Chua, who unpacks seven critical paradigm shifts necessary for believers to function effectively as salt and light in their God-assigned spheres of influence. ETI is intentionally structured to help participants integrate faith and vocation, dismantling the false divide between “spiritual” and “secular” work.

​Through biblical teaching, guided reflection, and facilitated discussion, participants are challenged to reframe their understanding of calling, influence, and daily work as central to God’s redemptive purposes. Through the ETI program, participants will be equipped to:

• ​Embrace biblical paradigms that enable them to live intentionally and effectively as salt and light for God’s glory.

• ​Recognize and steward their everyday vocation—whether in business, professional practice, entrepreneurship, or leadership—as a strategic platform for advancing God’s Kingdom.

• ​Cultivate a 24/7 worship-based lifestyle that deepens their intimacy with God and brings greater joy, purpose, and alignment in life and work.

​Empowered to Influence reflects Royal Gather Inc.’s commitment to raising Kingdom-minded Christian professionals who embody Christ-centered excellence and transform the marketplace through faith, purpose, and obedient influence.
