Welcome to the Frontier Tower Job Fair - where startups meet the talent building the future. This time, we’re joining forces with Chosen HQ and some of the hottest AI startups in San Francisco.
Chosen HQ is the AI-native ATS for start-up Founders & Recruiting Leads. Founded in 2025 by Nhat Nguyen and Ben Gutierrez to automate the most painful and manual parts of recruiting operations, leaving time to focus on the human relationships.
Instead of clicking through dashboards, recruiters/hiring managers can simply talk to Chosen ATS through Claude/ChatGPT to find applicants in the internal database using natural language, schedule interviews, add feedbacks, and manage pipelines.

We are transforming a 16-floor tower in San Francisco into a self-governed vertical village—a hub for frontier technologies and creative arts. These floors will house innovators and creators pushing the boundaries of human potential in a post-AI-singularity world.
