Camila 是在印度受訓的認證瑜伽老師 🧘♀️ 會以英文帶領大家進入溫和流動的 哈達瑜伽; Yoyo 是皮拉提斯教練 💪 會用中文引導你啟動核心、穩定身體。

🕙 時間:19:00 – 21:00(請提前 5–10 分鐘到)
7:00–7:10 開場
7:10–7:50 哈達瑜伽(Camila|英文)
7:50–8:00 休息 8:00–8:40 皮拉提斯(Yoyo|中文)
8:40–9:00 聊聊天時間 結束後可一起去吃飯 🍴(自由參加)

Join Camila and Yoyo for an energizing evening that blends yoga and pilates — designed to challenge your body while staying accessible for all levels (and practicing English, or Chinese ;). Yoyo, a private Reformer Pilates instructor, will lead a dynamic Pilates session in Mandarin and Camila, a certified yoga instructor trained in India, will guide a Hatha Yoga flow in English.
🕙 TIME: 7:00 – 9:00 PM
(Please arrive 5–10 mins earlier)
7:00–7:10 Opening
7:10–7:50 Hatha Yoga by Camila (English)
7:50–8:00 Break
8:00–8:40 Pilates by Yoyo (Mandarin)
8:40–9:00 ChitChat
9:00pm– Grab a bite (optional group hangout!) 🍴
