About Event

Every therapist in this room has a stack of relationships that would be referral partnerships by now if they had followed up.

The coffee chat you meant to circle back on. The colleague who said "let's stay in touch" six months ago. The person who sent you one referral and you never thanked. The intake coordinator who was warm on the phone and you never emailed.

Following up is where networking dies. Not because people forget. Because the ask feels vulnerable, the timing feels wrong, and nobody teaches you what to actually say.

Today is the art of that skill.

We'll cover:

  • The timing rule of three — when a follow-up is invisible vs. annoying vs. consistent

  • What to send when you have nothing new to say

  • The re-engagement message for connections you've let go cold

After the teaching segment, we break into groups of 4 for 20 minutes with 5 role-play scenarios. You'll practice writing real follow-ups out loud and get feedback from the group. You leave with the message you're actually sending this week.

This is for therapists building private pay practices, whether you're fully there or working toward it. Cameras on. Real conversations.
