

Gentle Vinyasa
Join me for a 75-minute restorative vinyasa practice designed to help you slow down, release accumulated tension, and reconnect to steady breath and grounded movement. This class blends gentle, intentional flow with longer-held, supported postures to calm the nervous system and restore balance in both body and mind.
Mats, blocks, pillows and blankets are provided. Feel free to bring your own mat.
All levels are welcome. Space is limited to 5 students due to the size of the studio, so advance registration is required to reserve your spot.
Because this is in my home studio any late participation is difficult because I will not be able to grant entrance to the building. Plan your trip to arrive just before 17:00.
