He has been closely involved in structured personality assessment at the highest levels, working within some of the most rigorous selection systems in the country.
Dr. Singh is an alumnus of Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, with academic training in Psycholinguistics and Social Psychology of Education. His research spans language identity, multilingualism, self-construal, and the sociocultural dimensions of personality, including significant work on Bhojpuri as a mother tongue in Eastern UP and Western Bihar.
As a military psychologist, his current work focuses on evolving selection systems to meet the challenges of Gen Z and Gen Alpha, especially in the context of cognitive readiness, personality dynamics, and modern operational demands.
