After Hours: Off the Record
There are conversations we have publicly, and then there are the ones we only have when the door is closed and the room feels safe. This evening is for the latter.
After Hours: Off the Record is an intimate gathering for founders, builders, and ambitious women who are used to carrying responsibility in their work and in their lives. It is a space to step outside of performance, titles, and curated narratives and simply be in honest conversation with other women navigating similar moments.
Join women building companies, leading teams, growing careers, and navigating the realities that come with ambition.
This evening will be hosted by Bethany Johnson, beauty executive and former Head of Digital at OPI and L’Oréal, and Ash Grewal, tech executive, former Head of Ads at Kit and former VP of Global Partnerships at Rokt.
Together, they bring experience from both beauty and tech, along with a shared belief that ambitious women deserve rooms where they can speak honestly and be met with depth.
Capacity is intentionally limited to keep the experience personal and conversational.
