We’ll travel around the world through our imaginations and discover some of the beautiful ways people make wishes—from wishing on stars to tossing coins, blowing dandelions and sharing traditions passed down through generations.
Then, as we move toward the final months of the year, we’ll make wishes of our own.

This is your time to dream together, write those wishes down and believe in each other.
We’ll end with a simple guided meditation where you’ll imagine your wish coming true. What does it look like? How does it feel? What do you notice inside yourself when you imagine it becoming real?
Because our wishes often begin with something already inside us—an idea, a hope, a curiosity, a tiny spark.
And what we nurture has room to grow.
