Let's face it, very few people enjoy doing interviews.
The pressure to get it right, the uncertainty of what questions might come, the psychological component of being evaluated...what a thrill 😅
Yet, doing interviews is a skill like any other and can be (and should be) practiced before the important interview day arrives.
In this session you will get a chance to practice yourself and get feedback from people who've conducted many interviews as hiring managers and/or recruiters. And everyone will get the opportunity to observe, ask questions and get a better understanding what helps candidates stand out in an interview.
Warning: very practical and very interactive session 🙃
