ARC* Startup Success: A 3-Month Program for Founders & Innovators
Starting something is an act of courage and the path from idea to reality is rarely what you imagined. ARC (Aliveness, Resilience, Connection) Startup Success was built for exactly that journey.
In partnership with Poppy in Jackson, WY, this 3-month cohort program brings together the rigor of real-world venture building with the inner leadership development that most startup programs miss. Because the venture is only as strong as the person leading it. ARC Startup Success addresses both.
Who It's For
Early-stage founders moving from idea to launch, business owners ready to define their next chapter, intrapreneurs building something new inside an existing organization, and anyone with the courage to create something that didn't exist before.
What You'll Walk Away With
A pressure-tested business concept with a full pitch deck, financial frameworks, and a viable go-to-market strategy. Plus the leadership clarity, resilience skills, and values alignment to back it up. You'll finish the program with a cohort of fellow founders who know exactly what you're going through, because they're in it too.
Program Format
— Kickoff Weekend (Sept 18–20) In-person at Poppy. Meet your cohort, establish your foundation, and build your core frameworks around customer need, competitive positioning, and how your venture works.
— Weekly Zoom Sessions (Sept 23 – Dec 2, Wednesday evenings 5:30–8PM) Facilitated learning covering business and financial modeling, marketing, sales strategy, and launch planning with peer coaching, guest mentors, and 1-on-1 support built in.
— Finale Weekend (Dec 4–6) In-person at Poppy. Present your pitch, celebrate what's been built, and go forward with a community behind you.

Meet Your Leaders
Liza Millet is the co-founder of Silicon Couloir, a Jackson-based nonprofit dedicated to nurturing entrepreneurship in the Teton region. With 12 years on Wall Street and an MBA from Wharton, she brings deep financial expertise and a genuine passion for helping founders build and grow.
Sandy Schultz Hessler has 30+ years of experience from blue chip companies to startups, including co-founding Imagitas, which sold to Pitney Bowes for $265 million. She has taught entrepreneurship and leadership at Harvard Kennedy School, Tufts, and beyond, and has coached 500+ founders over the last 15 years.
Together, Liza and Sandy have worked with over 500 entrepreneurs across the Teton region and beyond.
