№20: Human Hours - September 8

​which labels still fit, and which ones are you done wearing?

​we pick up labels our whole lives. some were handed to us before we could even speak. some we reached for eagerly because they finally felt like recognition. and some we wore for years before quietly realizing they didn't fit anymore.

​there are the ones that shaped us. the ones that held us back. and the ones we're still in the middle of, not quite sure yet if they're ours.

​you don't need to have arrived anywhere for this one. identity was never meant to be a finished thing.

​this Human Hours circle is about all of that. the words that were placed on you, the ones you chose, the ones you've outgrown, and whatever's underneath all of them. not a lecture on identity, just 8 people being honest about who they were, who they're becoming, and who they are without any of the words.

​no pressure, no expertise needed, just show up curious and willing to listen as much as you talk.
